Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break it, copy it in bulk or use it to harm others.

3. Product information
We try to describe our products correctly. Colours on a screen can look different from the real spool, and pictures on this site are AI-made illustrations, not real photos. Please read our Disclaimer page.

4. Prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees. Prices and stock can change without notice. A product shown as "Sold out" cannot be bought. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.

5. Ordering and payment
When ordering is open, the full price, including delivery, is shown before you pay. We do not store your card or UPI details. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

7. Guides and help
Our guides and answers are general help to set up your own printer. Results depend on your printer, your settings and your room. Please read our Disclaimer page.

8. Our content
The SureSpool name, logo, texts and pictures belong to us. Please ask before you copy or reuse them.

9. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as failed prints, lost time, other materials or printer parts. This does not take away any right you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Law
These terms follow Indian law. Any dispute is for the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.

11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
